The Cedar Crest Farmers’ Market has kicked off the 2025 season.
The Farmers Market is located off of New Mexico Highway 14 near Triangle Grocery. People can purchase locally-produced food from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. every Wednesday through October. Some of the goods available during the opening day included honey, breads, mushrooms, eggs and tomato plants.
The market participates in the Double Up Food Bucks program, which means people who are enrolled in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program can get twice the amount of fresh fruits and vegetables.
