A pair of earthquakes were felt in parts of Rio Rancho and Albuquerque Tuesday morning.
According to Volcano Discovery, two small earthquakes hit an area near Double Eagle Airport at 8:11 a.m. and 9:36 a.m.
Hundreds of people reported feeling the quakes.
The second earthquake registered at 2.5 magnitude. It followed a 2.8 magnitude earthquake over an hour earlier.
The earthquakes were registered at depths between 6.5 and 10.1 km below the surface.
The earthquakes were felt in Rio Rancho and parts of northwest Albuquerque.
Shaking was reported as weak with no damage reported.
