A local man is wanted in connection with a shooting that occurred on the morning of Sept. 20.
Deputies from the Torrance County Sheriff’s Office were called to investigate a shooting incident in Estancia. It was determined that the suspect, Jeremiah Sanders, shot several times at another vehicle, striking the vehicle twice, according to a release from the department.
Sanders was driving a 2007 white Toyota Camry bearing NM license plate PHS167.
He is considered armed and dangerous and the public should not engage him, but should call 911 if he is sighted.
